We picked the grapes from a single vineyard in Paradela de Guiães, with an average altitude of 500 m. Varieties: Malvasia Fina, Códega do Larinho, Fernão Pires, Rabigato and Viosinho. The harvest was planned for the second week of September. All grapes previously selected and de-stemmed were fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.

€4.97We picked the grapes from a single vineyard in Sabrosa. Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz. The harvest was planned for the second week of September. All grapes previously selected and de-stemmed were foot trodden in stone lagares during the entire fermentation process. The ageing and malolactic fermentation were developed in stainless steel vats.
